Ingredients
- 3 sticks margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
Method
- Cream the margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla flavoring.
- Fold in thawed coconut.
- Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325°.
