- 1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
- 4 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 to 2 confectioners' sugar, optional
- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy; gradually beat in flour until crumbly. Stir in cereal. Press into a greased
