Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 12 oz. frozen shredded coconut
Method
- Bake
- cake
- in two layers per directions on box.
- Cool; split in layers (I
- use long butcher knife).
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Spread
- each layer with frosting stacking one at a time.
- This icing is runny but it soaks in.
- Put immediately in refrigerator.
- Let set 2 days.
- Can be frozen after 2 days, too.
