Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2/3 c. white syrup
Method
- Mix together sugar and cocoa.
- Gradually add evaporated milk. Heat
- in
- saucepan
- over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- When mixture is about to boil, add syrup and vanilla. Beat
- until mixture is glassy and smooth.
- Store in closed container.
- No refrigeration is necessary.
