Ingredients
- 2 loaves fresh white bread
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Trim bread and roll out until thin.
- Cream the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
- Spread thinly on the bread.
- Roll up.
- Melt butter.
- In separate bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip rolls first in butter then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place close together on cookie sheet.
- Freeze.
- Remove from freezer and slice each roll in half.
- Put in oven straight from freezer on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Makes 8 dozen.
