Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 small can green beans, drained
  • 1 small jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green sweet pepper

Method

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients; bring to boil and let cool while mixing salad.
  • Mix remaining ingredients.
  • When dressing has cooled, pour over salad.
  • Mix well; cover and refrigerate.
  • Will keep several days.
