- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 small can green beans, drained
- 1 small jar pimentos, drained
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green sweet pepper
Method
- Combine the first 6 ingredients; bring to boil and let cool while mixing salad.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- When dressing has cooled, pour over salad.
- Mix well; cover and refrigerate.
- Will keep several days.
