Ingredients
- 8 slices cubed, buttered both sides, bread
- 3/4 lb. cubed ham
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place bread in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Cover with ham.
- Add shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese.
- Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the top.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Let soak overnight. Bake in 325° oven for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
