Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 8-inch baked pie shell
Method
- Mix sugar and butter.
- Melt chocolate in microwave.
- Cool and add to sugar and butter mixture.
- Add vanilla and salt.
- Add one egg and beat 5 minutes.
- Add second egg and beat 5 minutes.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Chill 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream.
