Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 8 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 pie crusts
Method
- Preheat at 350 degrees .
- Mix sugar, salt, cocoa together.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Stir in vanilla and milk.
- Add melted margarine and nuts.
- Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until firm.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired.
- Can freeze.
