Ingredients
- 2 small containers heavy cream
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Refrigerate heavy cream in a bowl with beaters for 1/2 hour. Mix instant coffee with vanilla and add to the chilled cream.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and beat until stiff to hold its shape.
