Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1-3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Nutella
  • 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter and 1/2 cups of sugar and brown sugar.
  • Add egg and vanilla and mix on low speed until combined.
  • In a separate bowl combine salt, baking soda and flour and then slowly add to the large mixing bowl. Continue to mix until just combined.
  • In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In another small bowl, stir nutella and powdered sugar together until completely blended.
  • Shape the dough mixture into 24 balls, about 1 inch each.
  • Flatten the dough balls in your hand and place a Nutella mixture ball in the middle. Wrap the dough around the ball and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake at 375F for 8 minutes.
