Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
- Cool Whip (for topping)
Method
- Cream butter and flour; add nuts.
- Press into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until light brown.
