Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
- 2 cans flaky coconut
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 lb. paraffin
- 1 1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Mix milk and butter with mixer at high speed.
- Turn to low then cream in sugar, salt and vanilla; then back to high a minute. Remove mixer and mix by hand the nuts and coconut.
- Let chill, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
- Make into balls the size of an English walnut.
- Chill again in refrigerator at least an hour or more.
