Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
Method
- Melt oleo. Add sugars and eggs.
- Beat well.
- Blend in vanilla and flour.
- Stir in pecans, chocolate chips and coconut.
- Spread into greased and floured 7 x 12 x 1 1/2-inch Pyrex dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
