Ingredients
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 c. crushed sour cream and onion potato chips
Method
- Have cheese at room temperature.
- Blend well with mixer.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup crushed chips. Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips.
- Chill.
