Ingredients
- 2 lb. Hamburg
- 1 can Peas
- 1 can whole Tomatoes
- 1/2 lb. Noodles
- 1 Onion
Method
- In large sauce pan, brown hamburg.
- Slice onion very thin over hamburg.
- Simmer covered for 5 minutes.
- Place peas on top of hamburg.
- Cook and drain noodles and place on top of hamburg/onion mixture then adding tomatoes.
- Put butter pieces over tomatoes. Simmer again uncovered on very low heat for about 10 minutes. It's a good casserole.
- Serves 6 people.
