Ingredients
- 2 lb. chili meat
- 1 garlic button, chopped (not just a clove of garlic, the whole thing)
- black pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Chili Quick
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Brown chili meat until dark gray.
- Add garlic, black pepper, Chili Quick and flour.
- Pour enough water over the mixture to cover meat.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
