Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/3 c. plain yogurt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • In a shallow dish or pie plate, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
  • Using a pastry brush, carefully coat each drumstick with yogurt.
  • Roll each one in bread crumb mixture until it is evenly coated. Arrange drumsticks on a baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake for about 1 hour or until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a fork.
