- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 2 Packages frzn spinach, minced
- 1 can chicken broth
- 3 or possibly 4 chicken breast, cutlets
Method
- Boil chicken.
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- butter with 1 clove garlic, basil and tarragon.
- Add in 1 Tbsp.
- flour.
- Add in spinach, 1/3 c. heavy cream and cream cheese.
- Layer spinach mix on bottom of large casserole.
- Place boiled chicken on top.
- Top with sauce.
