Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 2 Packages frzn spinach, minced
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 3 or possibly 4 chicken breast, cutlets

Method

  • Boil chicken.
  • Cook and drain spinach.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp.
  • butter with 1 clove garlic, basil and tarragon.
  • Add in 1 Tbsp.
  • flour.
  • Add in spinach, 1/3 c. heavy cream and cream cheese.
  • Layer spinach mix on bottom of large casserole.
  • Place boiled chicken on top.
  • Top with sauce.
