Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 large pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 large chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can English peas (optional)

Method

  • Chop onion and bell pepper and steam in small pan.
  • Boil chicken and save broth.
  • Mix all soups and Ro-Tel in crock-pot. Let heat and cook together all soups, Ro-Tel, onion and bell pepper.
  • Cook spaghetti in broth.
  • Debone chicken.
  • Mix all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
