Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. carrot rounds
- 1/2 green pepper, cut in pieces
- 2 Tbsp. celery leaves
- 1 c. raw rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 1 small can mushrooms
Method
- Brown chicken in oil.
- Take out.
- Pour most of oil out. Combine rest of the ingredients.
- Put chicken on top.
- Simmer until done.
- Add water if it becomes dry.
