Ingredients
- 1- 2 lb. cooked chicken, deboned (save broth)
- 1 lb. pkg frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- In casserole dish layer chicken and vegetables.
- Mix a can of broth with cream of mushroom soup, pour over vegetables and chicken.
- Combine Bisquick and milk, pour over vegetables and chicken.
- Pour melted butter over top.
- Bake at 400° until brown.
