Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green peas
- 1 can carrots
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Boil chicken and pick off of the bone.
- Layer in bottom of baking dish.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and broth well and pour over chicken.
- Drain the peas and carrots and layer over soup. Mix flour, butter and milk together and pour over the top. Bake for 45 minutes in 375° oven.
