- 2 lb. chicken tenders
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 2 oz. Longhorn Colby cheese
- 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 12 oz. bag tortilla chips
Method
- Boil chicken 15 to 20 minutes.
- Season chicken with salt. Saute onion.
- Add soups and broth to onion.
- Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken to soup mix.
- Bring to boil.
