- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 thin slices fully cooked ham (from deli)
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can chicken-mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
Method
- Lay chicken flat between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
- Using a heavy cleaver or meat mallet, flatten each breast half to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Wrap one slice of ham and one slice of cheese around each breast half and place in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Mix soup and sour cream.
- Pour over chicken.
- Serve with rice. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
