Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 thin slices fully cooked ham (from deli)
  • 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can chicken-mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)

Method

  • Lay chicken flat between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
  • Using a heavy cleaver or meat mallet, flatten each breast half to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Wrap one slice of ham and one slice of cheese around each breast half and place in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Mix soup and sour cream.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Serve with rice. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
