Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked diced chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables or possibly can, cooked and liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Method
- Mix soup, vegetables, onion and chicken and heat.
- Pour in oblong dish.
- Mix cheese and Bisquick mix and lowfat milk.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls over chicken mix.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
