Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag herbal stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. reserved chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook and cut up chicken.
  • Mix both soups, salt and pepper plus 1 cup of broth.
  • To this, add chicken.
  • Mix well and pour in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  • Take remaining cup of broth and margarine; add stuffing mix.
  • Mix well.
  • Put over top of chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
