- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag herbal stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. reserved chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook and cut up chicken.
- Mix both soups, salt and pepper plus 1 cup of broth.
- To this, add chicken.
- Mix well and pour in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Take remaining cup of broth and margarine; add stuffing mix.
- Mix well.
- Put over top of chicken mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
