Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Boil chicken until tender.
- Remove meat from the bone and break into pieces.
- Melt butter in baking dish.
- Put in chicken. Mix soup and broth together.
- Pour this over the chicken.
- Mix flour and milk into a batter.
- Pour over chicken and soup.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
