Ingredients
- 2 fryers
- Large Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 20-oz. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Cook chicken. Debone and cut into bite size pieces. In large baking dish place layer of dressing mix.
- Melt butter and drizzle on dressing mix.
- Add layer of chicken, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can (10-oz.) chicken broth from boiled chicken. Add another layer of dressing mix, then add can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can (10-oz.) chicken broth.
- Sprinkle remaining dressing mix on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 12-14.
