Ingredients

  • 2 fryers
  • Large Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 20-oz. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Cook chicken. Debone and cut into bite size pieces. In large baking dish place layer of dressing mix.
  • Melt butter and drizzle on dressing mix.
  • Add layer of chicken, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can (10-oz.) chicken broth from boiled chicken. Add another layer of dressing mix, then add can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can (10-oz.) chicken broth.
  • Sprinkle remaining dressing mix on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 12-14.
