Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. frozen broccoli (spears or chopped)
  • 3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 6 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
  • 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Method

  • Arrange cooked broccoli in 9 x 13-inch pan or large flat casserole.
  • Cut chicken in large bite-size pieces; place over broccoli.
  • Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sherry; pour over broccoli and chicken.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, then bread crumbs and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  • Bake, covered, at 350° about 1 hour until bubbly and very hot.
  • Serves 8.
