Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (8 split)
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
  • 2 cans creamy chicken/mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
  • pepper
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • bread crumbs

Method

  • In buttered casserole dish, arrange chicken.
  • Place broccoli over chicken.
  • Mix together soup, mayonnaise and pepper and pour over broccoli.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top, then sprinkle bread crumbs over casserole.
  • Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
