Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 10 oz. chopped broccoli
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. cooked chicken
Method
- Combine broccoli and onion; cook together.
- Drain well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Season with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
