Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Basil
  • Rosemary
  • Sage
  • Grated orange or lemon Peel
  • White or Blush Wine

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place chicken breasts in 9 x 12 baking pan. Sprinkle Basil, rosemary sage and either grated orange or grated lemon peel over chicken. Pour 1/2 an inch of wine in pan. Bake in oven until breasts are cooked all the way through. Flip breasts when top is white. Be sure to keep at least 1/4 inch of liquid in bottom of pan.
