Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/4 to 1/2 can water
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Method
- Salt and pepper chicken.
- Place in pan.
- Add cream of potato soup, water and butter.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
