Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 chicken, cut up and seasoned
- 2 c. water
- paprika
- 1 1/4 c. raw rice
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Melt oleo in large pan (13 x 10-inch).
- Add rice and mix one envelope soup mix to rice.
- Add onions and parsley, then chicken. Pour mushroom soup over chicken.
- Sprinkle envelope of soup mix and paprika over mixture.
- Add water.
- Cover and cook for one hour or until done.
- Start oven at 400° and lower to 350°.
