Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
- 1 lb. frozen broccoli
- 1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook chicken and cut into pieces.
- Cook broccoli until almost tender. Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
- Mix the milk with the soup.
- Layer cooked Rice-A-Roni in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Next, layer chicken, then broccoli.
- Pour soup mixture over all.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until starts to bubble.
