Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
  • 1 lb. frozen broccoli
  • 1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Cook chicken and cut into pieces.
  • Cook broccoli until almost tender. Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
  • Mix the milk with the soup.
  • Layer cooked Rice-A-Roni in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Next, layer chicken, then broccoli.
  • Pour soup mixture over all.
  • Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until starts to bubble.
