Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks, ground raisins, chopped nuts, stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla.
- Line muffin pan with pastry and fill with mixture.
- Bake until light brown.
- Serve with whipped cream.
