Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)

Method

  • Cook peppers in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
  • or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Top half of each tortilla with cheese, peppers and onions; fold in half to enclose filling.
  • Spray skillet with additional cooking spray.
  • Use to cook quesadillas, in batches, 2 to 3 min.
  • on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
  • Cut into wedges to serve.
