Ingredients
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
Method
- Cook peppers in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Top half of each tortilla with cheese, peppers and onions; fold in half to enclose filling.
- Spray skillet with additional cooking spray.
- Use to cook quesadillas, in batches, 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
