Ingredients
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
Method
- Mix butter (melted) and cheese.
- Add flour, flakes and pepper. Knead well with hands.
- Roll out marble size balls.
- Press with fork.
- (Dip fork in water each time to prevent sticking.)
- Bake at 325° on greased cookie sheet 30 minutes or until crisp.
