Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (dry)
  • 4 to 5 slices Swiss/Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 sticks margarine

Method

  • Place boneless chicken in a baking dish.
  • Put slices of Swiss/Mozzarella cheese on chicken.
  • Spread 1 can of cream of chicken soup over chicken and cheese.
  • Spread a small package of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing over the entire mixture.
  • Melt 2 sticks of margarine and drizzle over stuffing mixture.
