Ingredients
- 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (dry)
- 4 to 5 slices Swiss/Mozzarella cheese
- 2 sticks margarine
Method
- Place boneless chicken in a baking dish.
- Put slices of Swiss/Mozzarella cheese on chicken.
- Spread 1 can of cream of chicken soup over chicken and cheese.
- Spread a small package of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing over the entire mixture.
- Melt 2 sticks of margarine and drizzle over stuffing mixture.
