Ingredients
- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese (not whipped)
- 2 large cloves garlic
- paprika
- Ritz crackers
Method
- Grate Cheddar cheese.
- Allow both cheeses to soften to room temperature.
- Mix both cheeses together.
- Add in pressed garlic. Roll mixture into shape of a log so that it will fit on cracker. Sprinkle cheese with paprika and roll up in tinfoil.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve thin slices on crackers.
