Ingredients
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of salt
- chili powder
- parsley
Method
- Place the cheeses into a large mixing bowl and allow it to become to room temperature.
- Mix well, adding nuts, garlic powder and salt.
- Put all of the mixture onto a large piece of wax paper and shape into a log.
- Roll in chili powder and then wrap the log in foil.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Serve with your choice of breads or crackers and garnish with parsley.
