Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of salt
  • chili powder
  • parsley

Method

  • Place the cheeses into a large mixing bowl and allow it to become to room temperature.
  • Mix well, adding nuts, garlic powder and salt.
  • Put all of the mixture onto a large piece of wax paper and shape into a log.
  • Roll in chili powder and then wrap the log in foil.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Serve with your choice of breads or crackers and garnish with parsley.
