- butter
- 1 pkg. frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can potato soup
- onion to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Butter 9 x 12-inch dish.
- Combine all ingredients (except cheese) and pour into pan.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake to melt.
