Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 8 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 stick butter
- 4 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 jalapeno pepper
Method
- Mix and cook over low heat the first 6 ingredients until it forms a paste.
- Then add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook over low heat until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
