- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 12 olives, chopped
- 1/2 small green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried onions
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- pecans, chopped
Method
- Cream the cream cheese in mixer, then add the other ingredients.
- Form into a ball and cover with chopped pecans. Serve on assorted crackers.
