- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
- dash of salt
- finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Method
- Combine cheeses, mixing until well blended.
- Add other ingredients and chill.
- Mold into ball and roll in nuts on waxed paper.
