Ingredients
- 1/2 cup DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce
- 15 slices Italian bread, toasted
- 30 slices plum tomato (about 5 medium tomatoes)
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, thinly sliced
Method
- Heat broiler.
- Spread pesto on toasted bread slices.
- Top each toast slice with 2 tomato slices and 2 cheese slices.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
