Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. crushed chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt

Method

  • Cook cauliflower until tender and drain.
  • Place in casserole dish with stems down.
  • Combine sour cream, cheese, bouillon and mustard.
  • Spoon it over the cauliflower.
  • Melt margarine.
  • Stir in bread crumbs, walnuts, dill and onion salt.
  • Sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
