Ingredients
- 4 to 5 c. carrots
- 1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
- crushed potato chips
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 small onion, diced
Method
- Slice and cook carrots in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and add butter.
- Stir until melted, then stir in cheese and onion.
- Place in buttered casserole dish. Cover with crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
