Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. grated, raw carrots
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix and blend everything except carrots.
- When well mixed, add carrots.
- Pour into oblong pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
- When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
